2. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your enrollment details and reason for requesting a refund.
3. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions: Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted courses.
